Privacy Policy

The short version
- Your gallery-wall plan — including your photos — lives in your own browser, not on our servers.
- When you use photo measurement, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini API just long enough to compute dimensions, then discarded. We never store your photos.
- We use Google Analytics and (once enabled) Google AdSense. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland these are off by default until you consent.
- No account, no sign-up, no selling of personal data.

Your plan stays in your browser
WallPixPro works without an account. Everything you build — wall dimensions, frame sizes, layouts, and the photos you capture — is saved in your browser's localStorage on your own device. It is never uploaded to a server for storage, we cannot see it, and you can erase it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Photo measurement (Google Gemini)
If you use the photo measurement feature, the photo you choose is downscaled on your device and sent to our measurement endpoint, which forwards it to Google's Gemini API to estimate real-world dimensions. The photo is processed transiently: it is used only to compute the measurement, is not written to our logs, and is not stored by us anywhere. Google processes the image as a service provider under its Gemini API terms. You can always skip photos entirely and type measurements in manually.
To keep the free service affordable, we count measurement requests using a signed, short-lived session cookie and your IP address. This is used solely for rate limiting and abuse prevention, not for tracking you across sites.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — for example, how many people finish a plan. We run it with Google Consent Mode v2: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default. Until you consent, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only anonymous, cookieless pings. Elsewhere, standard analytics cookies may be set. Measurement data we send to GA4 is about product events (steps completed, features used) — never your photos, dimensions, or plan contents.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
The site is supported by ads served by Google AdSense on content pages (never in the middle of the planning flow, and never in printed output). When ads are active, Google and its certified advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, personalized advertising runs only if you consent through the consent dialog (Google's certified consent management platform); if you decline, ads are non-personalized and cookieless. What we do not do
- We do not require or offer accounts, so we hold no profile about you.
- We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the Google advertising described above.
- We do not store your photos or plans on any server.
- We do not send marketing email (we have no email addresses to send to).
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies: analytics and advertising cookies rely on your consent (withdrawable at any time via the consent dialog or by clearing cookies); rate limiting and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available; processing a photo you submit for measurement is performed at your request to deliver the feature.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data and to object to or restrict processing. Because your plan data lives only on your device, most of it is already under your direct control. Children
WallPixPro is a general-audience tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
